Person-Centered Counselling and Supervision

For most of us there will be times in our lives when we experience problems and are faced with difficult or confusing emotions. Counselling offers a safe, confidential place for you to reflect on yourself and your situation in a supported way. It can help you gain a better understanding of yourself, develop as a person and find ways of making your life more satisfying. Rather than give advice, counselling enables you to find your own answers and insights. In some cases just a few sessions may feel enough, for others counselling could be a longer process – we are all different.

You might be looking for help with:

  • relationship or family problems
  • difficulties at work
  • low mood or depression
  • anxiety and stress
  • bereavement
  • low self-confidence and self-esteem
  • a feeling of being stuck or wondering ‘what next?’
